Basically the contest was that if a someone scored at exactly the 10:00 mark, this person would win a million bones. It did happen, and now the lottery people are all, "wha?"

There's always something like this, I remember watching something on TV about this guy who won a lot of money on the game show Press Your Luck by memorizing the patterns that were used and they thought he might have cheated.

Which is just another way of people not wanting anyone to try and outsmart in any way.
