Is there no way to do a blanket ban of IP#s in ShadowBoxer's area? If there aren't any other members where he lives and you could ban all IPs from that area itd stop him from creating accounts at least as long as he continues to live in that area.

That is unless he knows a work around which he may.

Unfortunately, there are too many ways to skirt around IP bans this day in age.

He caused too much trouble during his time here and after. And the staff cant bend the rules for him and let other PBUs know that they can get unbanned by harassing the mods and the members.

I used to know guys back when there was still Yahoo Chatrooms that could hack your computer, and cause it to "melt-Down" as they called it. I wouldn't want to GO that far but being able to locate his arse would be great
