How long have you been lifting? I started my journey about a year ago. I love it, but damn injuries suck.

I started in 2012 without any knowledge on nutrition, supplements and a training plan. Many ups, many downs, many stagnation phases. This sport is ungrateful, mayne. But I couldn't live without it. Stopped drinking alcohol because of it and I don't miss that stuff one bit.

And yeah, injuries are hardly avoidable, especially the joints get messed up rather often. I had problems with my right shoulder, my left wrist, the right knee, the left elbow and now the right shoulder again over the years. Luckily nothing too bad that forced me to go see a doctor.

But no pain, no gain I guess. Keep fighting the fight and have fun while doing so, mate.

Eh, I got a good laugh reading the previos thread with all folks freaking out. I'm not gonna stressed over film stuff still many years away. lol

Focus on the stuff that is actually coming and filming. Aquaman, Shazam, Skwad2, WW sequel and possibly bald Whedon's Batgirl.

Yeah, it's a DCU event but Batman is very much the central character.
