They will never give Bomer superhero role. Hollywood is insanely prejudiced against openly homosexual men. They won't cast a guy like that as heterosexual superhero. This guy is super good looking and insanely talented but his career has been disappointing and that prejudice is the reason it was going this way.

****, after all those two years, I got tangled into another "BvS is the worst" discussion.

But what can I do, when I see such injustice...

This has been a good year for Daniel Kaluuya.

Yeah, thought about that too, a shame really.

In that regard having Ezra cast as The Flash is a step in the right direction.

Gotta love shameless partisan writing. 45 years later nothing's changed.

Our elderly being rendered homeless is a partisan issue?

Yeah, had Matt Bomer been a few inches taller, he would be one of actors who I would like to play Batman.
Seeing Matt Bomer as Batman will make me feel like I'm seeing two brothers playing the world's finest.
Martha put the photo of Pa Kent in Clark's hand during the Smallville funeral in BVS. It was a really touching moment for me.
I did not recall that moment, and [blackout]saw him coming out of Superman[/blackout]'s grave.

Some exciting new shows coming. I’m looking forward to Lena Waithe’s new series
And Benedict Cumberbatch’s new Showtime series.

Nah, Oliver calling Hal a Nazi for no reason is. This story morphs Hal Jordan into a conservative just for the sake of having Oliver Queen point out how out of touch Hal is and promote the superiority of a particular point of view. Hal was reimagined as the archetype of the nice clueless guy who was wrong about everything, as compared to Ollie who was the archetype of the jerk who was right about everything. It's the type of story that wants to address real world issues while only presenting one perspective or doesn’t treat all sides with the same level of respect. In my opinion, it was just as poor of a writing tactic back then as it is now.

I mean I'm not sure what the opposing viewpoint in that discussion would be.

I thought it was mostly because he's too affiliated with tv productions.
He did voice Superman in one of the animated flicks.

Well that is the reason he is mostly too affiliated with tv productions, they don't cast him as lead in big movies

I think you’re gonna like it.

The opposing viewpoint is in one of the previous pages Hal suggests to investigate the whole issue first before jumping to conclusions that they want to kick the elderly people out on the street, to which Oliver rushes to call him a Nazi.
