I haven't seen her in anything else outside Baby Driver. She's a charisma vaccum based on that movie and I have a shockingly low bar of what I deem to be appealing and/or charismatic.

Thought that gif was in regard to all of Baby Driver. No question it's the most paired down of any of Wright's movies, but I dug the rest of the cast and his brand of dialogue eloquently seeped through.

I need to watch Baby Driver again. But while we're on the subject of movies I feel inclined to thank everyone in the Schumacher Bats celebration movement for encouraging me to watch these movies once more.

Muthafukka Jones was great and Elgort really fit the bill for what Wright was trying to do with his lead. But I dunno about the rest.

Baby Driver is Edgar Wright's first misfire. It took an intriguing idea and did nothing all that memorable with it. Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Scott Pilgrim are far better movies with better execution of the central concept.

Also, don't even get me started on Lily James. She was dreadful in the movie. I hate her blank stares.

I loved the film, everyone in it. Lily’s a charmer
