I think Speedball was in the right there. The books are that old, it's fair to give spoilers without worrying.

It's like if people started speculating on the plot of the last Harry Potter movie. If you don't know what it is, that's your own damn fault.
 
Finally beat Skyward Sword. I feel accomplished now. Mostly cause I renamed Link with *Insert My Actual Name Here* just so I could feel accomplished when they said the name.

Yeah, but for once, it's surprising that an argument in the Skyrim thread didn't have anything to do with Spock's nitpicky behavior haha.
 
Anyone feel a powerful urge to punch people that talk about Skyrim in normal, causal conversations? I do. I don't care that you wandered around for 3 hours looking for a bee or some ****. Just play the game, and enjoy it. :o
 
I only talk about it in the Skyrim thread, or if someone mentions it IRL (which is happening a lot).

As a long time fan of the Elder Scrolls series, I'm amazing at how popular Skyrim has gotten. It has even overtaken Battlefield 3 for most unique users online on Xbox Live. It's an amazing game that deserves the talk and the conversations, and is practically guaranteed to win game of the year at many awards shows.
 
It just annoys me. I mean, I don't even like talking about video games in real life, period.

And no, I don't think it deserves conversation...mainly because watching it, and hearing about it is the most boring thing.

Probably playing it is great, I don't know...not a big gamer. Probably wouldn't do much else other then kill people...
 
I roll deep with gamers IRL so video games are always a topic for us.
