Let me start by saying Im pretty sure we can assume that the villains will either be The Joker or Two-Face.
I think it would be excellent if either Jack Napier or Harvey Dent had a relationship which would then obviously be dramatically altered when both those characters meet their destiny.
I didnt really think that Rachel Dawes added anything to the first movie and i think it would make the story more interesting if the villain got a love interest instead of creating a love story on the side for bruce to deal with.

wait......you're suggesting the Joker and Two Face as gay lovers?

WHY CAN'T I QUIT YOU!?!?!?
*throws acid in Harv's face*

Jack Napier does not exist!! He was a Burton creation only! Joker's real name is unknown!!!

I would rather have the Joker as the only villian in the film. I would like Harvey Dent to be introduced and then we could possibly have two face for part 3. I don't mind a love interest but I think it would work out better if the love interest was for Harvey Dent. It would make his descent into madness as Two Face even more tragic.

Okay, first, Jack Napier was never a character in the Batman mythos, other than B89, where he was created by Burton.

Second, Two-Face and Joker as gay lovers?! I think Meatbag said it the best.

Which would be great. If this were a parody. :thing::marv::down:down:down:down:down

The Joker's real name was also revealed to be "Jack" in BTAS.

Just for a random bit of trivia. :o

Wasn't BTAS based on Burton Batman movies??

Just for a random bit of trivia. :O

Sorta. I think our own Sandman180 (or whatever his name is:o) said it best; BTAS took all the best things about the Burton movies and made them comic-accurate.

They even took it one step further and used Jack Napier.

Well wasn't BTAS spawned after Returns? (Sort of off the Burton franchise)

If so, that would explain that they were going for continuity with the movie sort of...

^^Also used Elfans theme from the burton movies

Rubber black suit wasn't either. But you know.. when an idea can't be surpassed...

Was it? Huh. I dunno why people make such a big deal out of it anyway. Just because some dude calls Pre-Joker Jack doesn't mean he went around murdering Batman's parents or anything. :o

Like I said, they made it Burton Batman movie-like, but they didn't like make the Penguin a mutant from the sewer or anything...

I always loved the look of Burton's films, but I hated the story and the characterisations. I guess this makes BTAS the perfect melding.

Indeed, that's what it was.

Perfect.

I always felt that the Riddler shoud be played as a bisexual.

It kind of fits the whole motif of riddle being a seeming contradictory statement.

You people do realize he never suggested Joker and Harvey be lovers, right? He had the word "or" in there. as in Joker OR Harvey should be in a relationship, not Joker AND Harvey. They not teaching reading comprehension in schools these days anymore?

Anyways, I do think Harvey's relationship with his wife Gilda needs to be explored, if only a bit. Joker, on the other hand, shouldn't have one. I'd prefer never to see a pre-accident Joker. Leave his origin a mystery.

Harley should be The Joker's gal pal somewhere down the line, and maybe Gilda Dent could be thrown in if it would work, but otherwise, no.

I would think uber-Riddler fans (as myself) would regard it as liberating and more of a three-dimensional angle to his character.

If Two-Face is going to be in multiple movies. I think the Gilda relationship is improtant to bring up from the beginning.

If Joker is going to be in many movies. Then I think they should save Harley for much later on.

But see if you actually read it the post loses all novelty value and it because simply a boring post. You overlook the or and BOOM! you got a party.

I was wondering who'd explain it to him.

woo hoo!
seriously though, i am getting kind of bored of bruce waynes relationships, thier all basically "bruce meets a girl , they have sex 'n' stuff , bruce feelings get stronger , then he has to tell her who he REALLY is , bla bla bla" .
It would keep my attention better if in the next movie we just see bruce with random hot women , maybe out with a hot blonde then show him waking up the next morning with the hot blonde....AND a hot brunette! , but leave the major love storys to the villain (whoever it is) as it would be much more interesting/tragic.
