Nice... but what exactly is happening in that photo?

Open in a new tab for it's full glory.
As interest builds in the global release of Mad Max: Fury Road next month, there are plans behind the scenes for what could be a spectacular Australian premiere. The filmmakers hope to get permission for a parade of the movie's post-apocalyptic vehicles down Sydney's George Street, with drivers and crew wearing costumes from the movie.

I love the first Mad Max, though. I love that it was firmly in the middle ground between the regular, everyday world and the S&M post-apocalypse world that we see in the other movies. It hasn't totally gone to s*** yet, but there's obviously something off.
Plus, Toecutter.
But why? Miller's a fine and influential director himself.
Just to see what another director can do. Nothing against Miller.
Yeah considering what I am seeing here, why would anyone else want someone else for the potential sequels?
Well, we are seeing other directors take on Star Wars besides Lucas yeah?
We always have though. Lucas only directed one out of the original trilogy films.
Miller hasn't given us the prequel trilogy.
Miller also only directed the action scenes in that.
Lucas is also a horrible director now. What is your point?Well, we are seeing other directors take on Star Wars besides Lucas yeah?
