Justin Hammer is locked up in a SHIELD SUV being transported to jail. Suddenly, the SUV stops. Hammer doesn't know what's going on. He hears screams, gunshots and explosions coming from outside. Suddenly, the doors of the SUV open, as Hammer faces an special black ops team, armed with miniguns and masks. One of them enters the SUV and takes of his mask, revealing the scarred face of Raza. Raza bends and, with an evil smirk, says:



"Welcome to the 10 Rings, Mr. Hammer. The Mandarin would like to speak with you", as we fade out and, in an aerial shot, reveals the dead bodies of all SHIELD agents scorting Hammer lying in the ground, all the other vehicles destroyed, and an helicopter awaiting for them nearby.



FADE TO BLACK.

I'm pretty sure Raza was killed by Stane's men, however this is a really good idea otherwise.

Not the Hellicarrier, too soon but I love this.

I agree, but it makes me wonder just when we will be seeing the helicarrier. It would probably need to be powered by multiple large-scale arc reactors(courtesy of Stark Industries) just to be able to fly.

Gary Shandling's playing a senator who wants Stark to hand over the IM armour to the government, right?
Well, how about after his plans are inevitably scuppered and the movie ends we fade back in to his character going to his office, he walks past his secretary "sir, I was sorry to he--", "Hold my calls". He locks the door behind him and pulls the shutters on the windows, standing in front of his floor to ceiling mirror he glances over at the mornings newspaper on his desk... "STARK WINS ARMOR CASE"
"I suppose you thought that was pretty clever, didn't you?"
All of a sudden, Shandling starts transforming, silently changing shape... Into... Into...

Tom Hiddleston turns around and looks directly at the camera. Into the audience.

"But Loki's cleverer."
Then a thin-lipped smile and a wink.
shock cut to black.

I do like an idea I've read here, where Loki gives the Mandarin his magic rings.

But yours it's one of the best ideas, along the Stark/Banner conversation and the Mandarin appearance ones. Good work.

Raza is still alive. After Stane paralyzes him with that fancy gizmo, he says he's not going to kill him (saying it should be the least of his worries, knowing that his men are outside rounding up terrorists and stealing the suit) and informs him that it will be 15 minutes before he can move.

I don't like this idea.. I think if you're gonna change the Madarin's rings to anything have it so he consructed them himself.

Hmm, a bit too obvious. I like the phone call one better. There's just no plausible way Banner & Stark would meet purely by accident. So just have one intentionally contact the other.

Fury: When you meet the rest of your team.
Stark: The "rest" of the team?
