Illinois man caught in theater filming Hannah Montana movie
The Associated Press

CHICAGO -- Among the teenage girls who lined up to see a weekend screening of "Hannah Montana: The Movie" was a Hoffman Estates man with a video camera.

Authorities say Gerardo Arellano and his wife, Maribel Fernandez, were arrested after he was found with a camera while the movie was being shown in South Barrington.

Arellano was charged with criminal use of a motion-picture facility, unlawful use of a sound-recording device, computer fraud and online sale of stolen property. Maribel Fernandez was charged with criminal use of a motion-picture facility.

During a bail hearing on Monday, Assistant Cook County State's Atty. Adam Klugman said a search of the couple's Hoffman Estates home turned up 44,000 CDs and DVDs containing pirated movies.,

Arellano, who was released on $20,000 bond, later claimed the CDs and DVDs were his mother's.

I hope his mom disown him :hehe:

Don't worry she did. I will be having a talk with my boy about pirating. :)

I don't know which is worse. Being caught filming a movie or being caught watching the Hannah Montana movie.

The answer is C: being caught filming the Hannah Montana movie.

If I got caught watching or filming the Hannah Montana movie you can bet your ass I'd blame someone else.

He should blame God for allowing a Hanna Montana movie to exist.

I side with the guy.

Its usually the moms fault.
