Warner Bros. Pictures will once again have a major presence at this years Comic-Con International in San Diego, including appearances by fan-favorite stars and filmmakers from some of the Studios most anticipated films. Comic-Con attendees will also be treated to never-before-seen footage, including some that will be shown nowhere else. Talent from the films will also be on hand to answer questions, sign autographs, and more.
The presentation also includes the DC Comics superhero who, inarguably, started it all. Superman will be back on the big screen next Summer in the much-anticipated action adventure Man of Steel. Filmmaker Zack Snyder, the director behind 300 and Watchmen, will be at Comic-Con and will take questions from the audience about the making of Man of Steel, which opens on June 14, 2013.
Cavill sounded nothing like Routh to me.
Why would he?
What is that shot of Clark appearing to be buried by something and reaching his hand out? Has that been mentioned in a description, because I can't tell what that is.

That's him reaching out from the skulls/skeletons. Some descriptions have mentioned it.What is that shot of Clark appearing to be buried by something and reaching his hand out? Has that been mentioned in a description, because I can't tell what that is.

I remember reading on how some said that it was skulls.
Oh ok, thanks. I must've missed that part in the descriptions. That's....intriguing. Dream sequence? That's him reaching out from the skulls/skeletons. Some descriptions have mentioned it.

He doesn't. A couple of people have said he sounded like him. I personally find their voices nothing alike. Why would he?
This. Some people have said he sounds similar to Routh. I didn't hear the resemblance.
I haven't seen the footage myself, but the reports that it's not typical "Zach Snyder" have me very intrigued.![]()
Probably, my guess is that it's either a haunting vision of Krypton's fate or what awaits for Earth if Superman isn't victorious over his own battles...or maybe it just symbolizes on how due to him being super powerful, Superman will outlive everyone else and thus eventually end up alone.
Honestly, I think it has both Snyder AND Nolan's fingerprints all over it. It very much feels like a combination of the two, imo.It has Nolan's fingerprints all over it.
Oooh, I hadn't thought of that possibility. That would certainly fit into the "alienation" theme they're going for.Probably, my guess is that it's either a haunting vision of Krypton's fate or what awaits for Earth if Superman isn't victorious over his own battles...or maybe it just symbolizes on how due to him being super powerful, Superman will outlive everyone else and thus eventually end up alone.
