Am I the only one disturbed at the fact that the media has made this guy into some sort of hero? He's always on different news shows like fox and cnn giving his opinion on different things. Put aside all the bull**** jokes and guilty/not guilty stuff. This man is disgusting. Why is he treated any differently than OJ when he is a thousand times worse? This man has admitted to:
1. Commiting perjury in court on several occasions
2. Planting evidence on black and latino suspects
3. Pulling over and harassing interracial couples
4. And beating suspects as a "warning"
5. Not to mention those tape recordings of his which contain genocidal and racist ravings.

Why do some people see this guy as some sort of poor cop who was tricked by that sneaky jonnie cochran? He is no better than OJ.

Yes but why has he come out of this thing smelling like roses. No one ever brings up his past deeds. It's like oh ok you planted evidence and ruined countless lives, but your the mighty white guy who's trying to bring down oj so it's ok. In all fairness Triad, the audio tapes that were admitted during the O.J. trial sounded more like he was bragging and acting like a tough guy and not so much that he actually did any of the things he claimed.

As for him planting countless amounts of evidence...he envoked his 5th amendment right. We have no idea how much evidence, if any he has planted.

Third, he passed the lie detector test about planting the glove and mishandling evidence, granted...they aren't 100 % accurate...but still.

Fourth, unlike people you are citing (O.J., Saddam, Osama)...it isn't like Fuhrman is all bad. He has been working as a P.I. and has solved countless cold cases since leaving the LAPD, most notably that of Martha Moxley

Again, who are these "innocent people". In Fuhrman's tapes, he claimed to have beaten gang members. As I have pointed out

1) He sounded like he was trying to act tough and impress the girl interviewing him.

2) Gang members are now "innocent people"?

I dont remember seeing any white people crying in the streets when Robert Blake was found innocent. Because he was a white man married to a white woman.

No, the truth behind people who have hatred for OJ isn't really as much as that he is married to a white woman, its that he played the white man's game and won. I don't give a **** whether he did it or not. Black people loved that he won not really because they believed he was innocent, but for once they saw a black guy win what is supposedly a tilted game when it didn't look like he had a chance. Thats why some black people loved it and why some white people hated it. I remember seeing people's reaction to the verdict afterwards, almost every shot of a black person was them jumping up and down, excited, happy. White people looked even whiter in their subdued shock and confusion. Again I don't give a **** whether he did it or not, I don't hate OJ or love him.

Wait. What? Robert Blake was found innocent and a lot of people were upset about that. As for OJ marrying a white woman, not at all. It is the fact that he killed his wife and her boyfriend that upsets people, I think.

The motivation behind this thread is to expose mark furhman. I know OJ did it and so does everyone else. MY problem stems from the fact that many people in america views this guy as some sort of hero. Matt people were upset by it but no where near the level of anger and rage agains OJ, when there was just as much evidence convicting him. Matt it doesent matter if he planted one piece of evidence he should be killed. Second of all lie detector test are bull****. If the average person could learn how to fool one then a LAPD veteran should have no problem. As for Mark's charity, if OJ saved a million lives would you forgive him?
