Marvel Alien Rights

Hello all,

For each of the alien races please state whether you believe they belong to Marvel Studios or not and therefore which are usable within MCU:

I'll start with the major ones:

Badoon - Fox (FF)
Brood - Fox (X-Men)
Celestials - Marvel Studios
Dire Wraiths - probably Marvel, even though they can't use ROM
Kree - Marvel Studios
Phalanx - Fox (X-Men)
Shi'ar - Fox (X-Men)
Skrulls - a bit more complicated. I'm sure at least partly with Fox (FF), but maybe also to a lesser extent with Marvel Studios. But even if they do partly have them, it could be a situation where using them would be too tricky/risky because of complicated rights distribution
Symbiotes - Sony (so can now be used in the MCU)
Watchers - Fox (FF)

With the amount Fox has, one wonnders why there's no Starjammers movie yet

Except Sony are keeping the symbiotes separate in their own Venom film which is incredibly lame.

The mentioning of the Celestials in Guardians of the Galaxy was damned cool.
