Surfer's board is an item in backgrounds, I think. It's in the floor section.

As for Two-Face's jacket, it's all about masking. You know that little icon that looks like a domino mask? Put an item on top of another, click the lower one with the masking icon (while the top one is selected), and they'll merge. you can make an accurate looking Spidey if you give yourself 3 hours time to place all the lines (webbing) on the costume using insignias...
