MARVEL/DC Montage

^Here's a montage I created last week using Quicktime, iMovie and Garageband. If you think it's cool, be sure to rate it!

That was pretty decent. These may be style choices but some things that I would think would make it better-

1. Have all the movies in chronological release-date order.
2. Include the Batman and Supes films from the 20th century.
3. I don't know if having a clip for every sequel (instead of having just one for Spider-Man etc. as you did) would've made it better or if it'd drag it out too much.
4. If you include Constantine as DC might as well consider V for Vendetta DC too.

Great job though. Music was cool and I think you accomplished what you wanted to accomplish.

Thanks for the feedback, man.

As far as incorporating different movies, like sequels and older bat/supes movies, I wanted each character's segment to have it's own feel. I think if the Batman segment had clips from Batman Begins AND the previous Batman films, it's style would be all over the place. Same goes for Supes.

And as for the chronological order thing, I tried to make the montage more about the characters than about the movies.

which is also why i didn't incorporate another 15 seconds for every sequel.


... And plus my song is only so long...

I would ignore every one of these. Yours is fine. You made good clips and V isn't part of the DC universe, so, yeah. Kudos.

^Wow, thanks, man! Considering there was more Marvel stuff in there than DC.

I was going to use an already existing song, but I didn't want one with lyrics, and I couldn't find one that fit okay, so I figured I would just compose my own song.
