The First Marvel/Disney Crossover Revealed

It was bound to happen sooner or later. Now it has. Hit the jump to find out what Dinsey and Marvel properties will be crossing paths... JredTheRed - 7/14/2012

Three years ago Disney bought Marvel. We all knew then that it was only a matter of time before properties of each would cross paths. The inevetaible has finnally happened. Wired.com has revealed that Disney's Phineas and Ferb will be the show to do that.

Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel will premiere next summer on the Disney Channel. It will see the likes of classic Marvel heroes Hulk, Ironman, Spider-Man, and Thor being transported to the world of Phineas and Ferb and immobilized by Dr. Doofenshmirtz. Therefore, Phineas, Ferb and Agent P will have to fight Marvel villains such as Red Skull, Whiplash, Venom, and M.O.D.O.K., that will be working with Dr. Doofenshmirtz to create total chaos.

^ Niceeee, I'm glad to see Thor appearing alongside the "big boys" of Marvel.

I'll tell ya, it's been a long time coming man. :waa:

I am def curious to see how this plays out. Then of course who is voiceing all the marvel heroes/villains.

ugh... have absolutely NO interest in this at all...

Phineas and Ferb annoy the f**k out of me...

Has WB ever done anything like this cartoon wise? I KNOW they referenced things in cartoons...

I suppose comics were where they put their influence...

Well, I guess as long as it is temporary...

the only thing cartoon-wise that I can think of right now was one episode of Duck Dodgers in the 25th Century called "The Green Loontern", where Duck became a Lantern and some of the other Lanterns, including Hal Jordan, made an appearance...

Reading this news feels like an April fool's trick.

I don't know if I want to see this crossover. Phineas and Ferb is hilarious goofy for it's own. But with the Avengers, I really don't know...

But I'm sure my son will enjoy it.

Mist that article is pretty much just stating all the same stuff I had in my original post. And ya company crossovers are not bad ideas. As long as they are done well. And really it makes no different what it is. Cause in long run its just a little special thing and won't have any lingering affects for marvel as a whole.

In other marvel/disney related news saw rumor today saying some marvel characterrs may be appearing in the upconing wreck it ralph film.
