Marvel Nemesis Rise of the Imperfects

This game gets a lot of hate but I loved it. Especially the gameplay and music. The story I personally thought was awesome and I prefer this to Marvel Ultimate Alliance though the story in that was better.

The game itself is hilarious, Daredevil seemed suicidal when I fought him, he would just swing himself off of a building

I fought one of them...Wolverine I think...he just sat in the corner and cried while I beat on him.

Seriously though, I enjoyed it more than most did, but then again, I loved X-Men: Next Dimension, and as far as I know, most people didn't like that one either.

I'm not gonna say it was bad, it wasnt very good IMO, it was....playable. I did enjoy using Spider-Man though, I forgot what he said exactly pre fight, but it was something along with ass kicking. Some people got upset to here Spidey curse

Yeah CPUs are bad depending on difficulty level. Or extremely hard.

The real amazing parts of the game lie with versus mode playing with other competitive humans. So fun.

Whats wrong with the fighting system? Every time I play this game with a friend its really competitive and awesome.

Plus, this is all opinion so dont get all mad because you hate it and others (like me) love it.

Havok wasn't getting mad...stop trying to start an unnecessary fight. So don't get mad because other people hate it and you like it

thanks. I didnt see my post as one suggesting anger. The fact is the game failed to make much of an impact and has been completely irrelevant and forgotten. I havent thought about it in ages till now. EA attempted to redeem themselves with their Marvel fighting game followup but that unfortuntely got cancelled. I thought RotI had great ideas and had potential to be really good but overall it came across as a disapointment.

I was playing this for a few weeks on PS2 cause my X-Box died on me cmad and I forgot how much fun I used to have with it. I really wasn't too fond of the story as a whole but I had a blast beating the **** out of guys with Daredevil and Wolverine.

Throwing people off the building with DD's baton line was also fun.

It was a fun game once you got used to the controls. The concept wasn't bad. Big destructible areas with superheroes duking it out. The formula is win, if you manage to create good gameplay and don't do a dumbass move like making up half of the roster with unique characters.

I'm disappointed that the next-gen Marvel brawler got cancelled. I want another game with giant, fully destructible areas, where I can go crazy with my favorite Marvel character.

I only wish that more fighting games like this with ONLY Marvel characters would happen. The gameplay in this was great for me and I would have loved to be some other marvel characters.
