As long as 80% of the people here get their favorite in the role, they accept everything. Even a Spidey that doesn't joke much.

Um.. that's the point, Dylan would give us the comedic, wise-cracking Spider-Man from comic books.
Marvel wouldn't NEED to make changes to Spider-Man's character.

I don't want to see spidey changed again. We already have seen more serious spidey in raimi and Webb series. I want to see the witty wise cracking cocky spidey of the comics. And the shy smart and later more confident peter. With marvel here now I am sure we will get a more comics closer peter and spidey then before.

Iron Man's not one of the top three superheroes. Look at the backlash for making Superman's character more serious than his comic counterpart. People would flip if Spider-Man is takes everything seriously or if Batman starts throwing quips at the Joker.

Highmore is my choice for Harry.

Yes, Marvel only slightly changed Tony Stark's personality to fit the comedic tone of the MCU.
They would not need to do the same with Spidey's character considering that he already is a goofball when in costume.

Who says it's ok? You think people never complained that Stark quips way too much? That RDJ plays himself and not Tony Stark? But since he was a b-lister hero with smaller fanbase people kinds accepted it. I'm pretty sure fans would ask for more comicbook accurate Stark when RDJ retires.

Didn't you say if Lerman was chosen they could get someone to coach his comedy? There's a thing called "preparing for a role" Lerman or any actor would prepare to play Spider-Man and Peter Parker if they were casted.

well theres obviously no way for Lerman to show a comedic side, not like he's a professional actor who's worked with some of hollywood's finest at such a young age or anything like that.
