Same was said for this movie directed by the Russo Brothers:

Haven't watched any of his films or anything with Tom Holland for that matter. Can't say I'm bothered about going out of my way to watch them either.

The Impossible is an amazing film and you should watch it regardless if Tom Holland is Spider-Man or not.

You should watch The Impossible. It is a very good movie and it showed that Tom Holland is no slouch in the acting department.

I'm trying to gauge the purpose of the question .I've seen some very weird path following similar lines of questioning have lead to(" ohh he didn't make it , he's just a hack stealing someone else work to claim as his own"eg ).

I just want to know if someone here made it or thought of it or if he made it himself. As simple as that. Not any of this hack stealing business. It's a simple question.

He didn't make it, was going around Twitter for a while before he posted it

I'll try to watch it today.

Alright, let me know how you felt about it.

Was it scary?

No, and it was pretty cheesy, but maybe that was intentional? I'm not sure. Either way, the acting was pretty bad. :funny:

I actually liked it. :oldrazz:

It looks really, really stupid..

It was really, really stupid. Not saying that to dismiss him being the director of Spidey or anything, but yikes it was bad.

Still wish they would've got Levine, but whatever.

I might since I do have Netflix, but I generally don't care about checking out movies of people involved in movies I follow. I just prefer to follow the news on the production and judge the movie by itself.

I also watched Clown yesterday, and I didn't think it was terrible. It's not particularly good, but it was better than i was expecting it to be.

Levine would have been great

Yep!

He dropped out anyway, so he didn't give himself the chance. If the reports are to be believed and feige handpicked Watts though, I guess he would've gotten it anyway.

Awe. :csad: That's upsetting, considering I loved 50/50 and Warm Bodies was fun, so to see that blend of humor and fun incorporated into Spider-Man would've been great but oh well.

Jon Watts is who we have, so we're stuck with him. :oldrazz:

Hope he impresses.

To each their own, man. :yay: I was hoping the trailer was misleading (in terms of the attitude of the film), but I was mistaken and left with..well, what we got. :funny:

It certainly wasn't for me, but I'm glad ya got some enjoyment from it.

As long as Watts delivers something new and fresh then I'm okay. I'm sick to death of the Spider-Man formula that has been rehashed over and over again for a decade. Give us something new for once.

What exactly is the process of director picking for films? It can't be based on their filmography otherwise Watts wouldn't have got it.

Anyway, chances are, if Watts doesn't deliver, he'll be out. :oldrazz:

I think that's the narrative they've been pushing for a while now with them wanting to skip the origin. Doesn't seem like they want to deliver the same old, same old. Keep in mind they're wanting to differentiate themselves from TASM especially.
