It's not about "letting" Tom do the voice. It's about paying Tom to do the voice. Not sure about SM1-3 but I'm pretty sure Sony has some kind of arrangement with Toby to do the game voice. It's not that the TASM games didn't want Garfield, they probably just didn't want to pay.

I doubt we will see a Spider-Man movie game tie-in. Activision no longer owns the rights first off. Secondly, none of the Phrase 2 or Phrase 3 Marvel films will have console game tie-ins.

If you want to do a console Spidey game, look at the Batman Arkham series. Have a Spider-Man game series. Have sequels to it.

Still never got why TASM cast never got to be in TASM game. I mean Raimi Spidey guys came for the voices. Superman Returns voice cast did the game. Hell even Christian Bale and BB cast (except Liam) did the Batman Begins game.

Considering how the Arkham games was basically BTAS but in video game form, a Spider-Man game series should be like Spectacular Spider-Man but in video game form.

That would be awesome.

Considering movie actors tend to do terrible in game voice overs, I'd be just fine with Tom not doing the game, should there be one.
