He got banned because he's a troll, so now he's all ********. Is he IP banned yet?

Inb4 he tries to spoil it for me.

Two questions: anyone know how long this game is? And, I just started playing...did they take away the ability to holster your weapons? It's obviously not a game killer, but I always like little touches like that and appreciated it in me2.

20-40 hours depending on how many side things you do.

look up top this thread for the face issue for your imported shep's. there are two bits's of new for it there.

As for the holster problem that sounds new . I'm sure they'll be a patch for that. They stated in other video game reviews for this game that are few visual hick ups. you might want to let them know about that on the bioware forum so they can fix that with the patch as well spider-who

I've been pretty accepting over all the stuff fans have complained about. Gladly gonna get my copy tomorrow, and I know I'm gonna love it. But what I've just seen, is an atrocity, and this is big coming from me, I haven't said one ill thing about ME3. I'm not gonna condem Bioware to the depths of hell and go on a giant flame blitzkrieg, but I am sorely disappointed at what I've been made aware of. I'm not gonna mention it here, after the thing with Spock. I really hope that when I start to play, I just forget about it or end up not giving a ****.

Damn, Spock was always kind of trolly, but he went off the deep end with that ****, jeez. Just got my package, downloading the From Ashes add-on now. Can't wait to get started and such.

One of the devs actually said that you can't holster your weapons in the game due to some kind of "memory issue" or something.

Damn, I like holstering. :(

Oh well, I also like that I can walk around the Citadel in civilian clothing rather than battle armor, so it evens out (I think I like the civilian clothing even more than holstering).

What is the big deal about not being able to holster?

yup it'll patched then. just sit tight every one.

you'll stuck with gun to your hand all through the game as if you were born with it that's what.

@Matt

Yeah I think that's a fair trade.

So, what do the reviews say about Kinect and what is everyone's personal experience? Fun to use or not?

There is no big issue. For me at least. Yes, i appreciate it when games give you the ability to do so, but ultimately it doesn't hurt my enjoyment of the game at all.

I don't want to sound too complainy as I'm loving the game so far, and I don't know if you guys consider things not being in the game as spoilers, but I was incredibly disappointed to read that...
...there's no equivalent of the loyalty missions from Mass Effect 2 in this game. I know a lot of people are mostly concerned with plot, and the supposed lack of plot in Mass Effect 2 is one of the big reasons people don't like it, but I absolutely loved the strong character-based approach Bioware took with Mass Effect 2. Those deeply personal side stories will be sorely missed in this game.

I can see why it was done.

It would feel pretty silly to be on a race against time to save billions of lives, only to have Garrus say, "Hey Shepard....I've finally found some random schmuck convict that I've been hunting down. Can we take a detour from our mission to kill him?"

For DLC though, maybe a few post game missions revolving around supporting characters?

so.....are there any new "long" hairstyles for Fem Shep in the CC ( more than the demo )? hairstyles like Ash's new hairstyle?

Well soapy I'm expectin gto be gained with
the races your trying to rally to your side
if you haven't run in to that yet.

Ash's hair isn't tied up any more if that's what you mean. as for Femshep you'll have to wait for the patch if you have your own created version. see the prevous top page .

yeah....I read about that.

but are there more hairstyles for Fem Shep to choose from in the CC?

I wasn't too impressed by the choices in the demo........

The problem is I can't say as there's a problem with the create your own shepard aspect of the game that's why I said check the previous page I put up news on it and El bastardo mentioned it in a complaint of his.

i'd wait til the patch . but if you can't wait you can do what he video of IGN said to do. or wait like what's in the kotaku article.

You read Spock's spoilers right?
