Now that this *****e problem is over,Can someone please help me out in where I can access the"Ashes"DLC?I can't find it anywhere in the main menu except reading about it on the news screen!

It probably pops up as a mission notification when you advance to where they want you to be in the game.

Sorry to anyone that got hit by in thread spoilers that I did not get to quick enough.

Although, trying to be an optimist, it feels like Spock did me a favor. The spoilers are just kind of vague and create more questions for me than anything else. I feel like he has given me a lot to think and theorize about as I play through. Thanks Spockie.

On a Mass Effect related note, holy **** From the Ashes is a huge file.

You mentioned disc 2, so I assume you're on X-Box? I'm on PS3, but I just went to the Playstation store and entered the code directly and it brought it up for download in my cart. Does Live's marketplace let you enter codes directly?

Wow i dodged a bullet there. I was just about to post that i will get my hands on collector's edition only next week and how jealous i'm to everyone playing this game now. Also that i have to avoid spoilers another week or so.

I thought Spock was a smarter guy despite the fact that he posted his PC propaganda in every possible thread. Oh, well..

I guess now i'll have to leave this thread for a couple of weeks.

Got my copy. Downloading Ashes. Then installing both discs & then its play time. I would also think the DLC mission would be accessed in game via menus no ?

Maybe & I'm not going to pretend those views in every thread didn't get annoying but whenever I disagreed with him he responded well & without being insulting. Could actually be quite fun to have a debate with him. All said and done I thought there was some kind of gamer's respect there and he wouldn't do something like this.

PMing a couple of guys he particularly doesn't like is one thing but posting it in public like that. Does he really want to ruin the game for people who don't even have anything against him? Like I said, disappointed but I guess he had a rush of blood to the head and has now earned the ban whether or not it was justified before.

Ah, you probably just don't get the mission until you hit the Normandy. Zaeed and Kasumi didn't show up in journals until you got the Illusive Man's dossiers.

Yeah, I never saw Spock as that petty. I mean, he was full of crap and liked stirring most of the time, but I always thought he was one of those guys who just liked thinking he was the smartest one in the room and tried to prove it with numbers and made up facts etc.

This is just pre-schooler level BS.

That's also the second major spoiler I've been given in the last week, through no fault of my own. I've been doing an internship on a video game review show and I walked into an edit suite to see the video capture guy playing through a massive story spoiler of ME 3. Worst day in the office ever :P

Being negative and blathering the same negative talking points in any mainstream game thread are two different things. He was asked to stop, he didn't so he was probated. I agree with you though. He is a coward. If he wanted to send me the PM, fine. I'm sure from his perspective I deserved it, but no one else did. It's just a s**tty thing to do to your fellow gamers.

Thanks. I deleted every post from the user "ilikeham," and tonight I am deleting every post Spock has ever made on the Hype (a punishment reserved for a select few trolls)....make it like he never existed (Hype moderators operate like the Quarian Admirality ).

He failed on every level. Had he not PMed me, they could've gone unnoticed for hours. I just logged on to check something in the TV forum. Wouldn't have even stopped in games. In PMing me, he alerted me as to what he was doing and allowed the staff to respond and ban him in about a minute.

Eh, i saw this coming. Spock was as petty as they come. He hated everyone that enjoys popular games because he felt they were "destroying" the industry. We were all his enemy.



Also sorry for your spoiler-escapades man. Thats blows. Your internship sounds cool tho man.
