matt i hear ya.

but in biowares defense, they created too many possibilities, paths, choices...but at this point they had to have some direction. it kind of sucks, i enjoy the world/universe they have created, but cant fully enjoy the possibilities without a 6 disc xbox game haha.

its really amazing how far a video game franchise has branched out bc of its depth. comics, games, anime, movies.

I don't care really. I barely used anyone in 2 outside of Garus, Tali, Grunt and Mordin.

In 3 I use Liara and Garus.

Having anyone besides Grunt and Mordin wouldn't change that for me.

Either I'm a total idiot or my game is bugged, because I'm completely stuck in Grissom Academy. I'm supposed to be looking for a manual override, but I don't see one anywhere.

I totally love how Jack...

Can't curse.

Heh. I know. I'm really glad I romanced her in my second main playthrough of Mass Effect 2. [BLACKOUT]She has an N7 tattoo on her ass.[/BLACKOUT] :funny:

I think Vega is actually pretty awesome the deeper in the game I go.

In fact after a somewhat disappointing first few hours I found the game seriously picks up once I started doing the Tuchanka series of missions.

Also regarding Tali.
She just may be the most attractive ME chick
:awesome:

I've seen a picture of Tali's face online and if it was legit...

(possible Tali face spoilers)

I can't believe they just got a stock photo of a model and photoshopped her a little bit.

There's another occurrence of something very similar much, much, much later in the game, but I won't say anything about it because it's a spoiler.

Bioware got super lazy with this game. They might as well had Scarlett Johansson be the face model for that chick

Yeah, I guess I'll echo the disappointment over the lack of ME2 cast. I liked all of them, so seeing them regulated to supporting roles and extended cameos kind of sucks. It also feels very strange since, as Soapy said, you spent so much time with them on a lot of different levels. I don't really understand that decision.

I think it was just a matter of, "How do we give them important roles when any of them can be dead? How do we make all of those branching points?"

I'm not saying that they should have done it with ALL characters. For example, I liked Thane's cameo. I don't anticipate it gets any bigger than what I've seen with him. He was [blackout]very accepting of his death, offered to keep an eye on Ashley for me and was at peace. It was a good ending for him.[/blackout] But with someone like Miranda, who was for all intents and purposes the second lead of ME2, she should've had a MAJOR supporting role or been a squad member and if I let her die, then I don't get to see that role (and that hurts my war effort).

On a more positive note....my conversation on the Citadel with [blackout]EDI[/blackout] about [blackout]seducing Joker[/blackout] may be the funniest thing in the history of this franchise. :funny:

[BLACKOUT]Joker making fun of Jack for not cursing was also funny[/BLACKOUT]

& HE'S ALIVE after all

Seeing the level of squad interaction that they're going for I get why they weren't able to include all the ME2 squaddies. I mean there's major dialogues as far as I can see after every major battle and more minor dialogues after every sidequest, and some of that can be even pretty substantial.

And honestly so far I think they've done pretty good by most of them, especially Mordin, Legion and Thane. The only one's that I think really don't think have a solid excuse out of who I've met thus far for not being part of the squad is [BLACKOUT]Grunt, Samara and Miranda [/BLACKOUT].

So I got my N7 yesterday, installing it right now. Still have a few hours left on my perfect ME2 run though :csad:

Oh, nice. Some dude named "ilikeham" sent me a private message with text that I assume sums up the different endings. Whatever.

On another sucky note, my Shepard's face doesn't import properly. Blah.

Edit: Oh, that was Spock? Big surprise.

What happens if the face doesn't import? I heard that if your face is from ME1 and you didnt make any changes to it in ME2 that it wont transfer. Do have to redo his whole look?

My friend said her FemShep face had an import issue and all she had to do was pick a new hairstyle.

Also, the Prothean is pretty awesome.

So, our previous gear from Mass Effect 2 can be found for sale in stores within Mass Effect 3, right?

So, where can I find the Sentry Interface?

This game made me not care so much about the Mass Effect 2 characters. I am currently thinking of who lives & dies on my future Trilogy play through. As I play the third one

So far I'd say Mordin/Legion and Thane are musts - they have really cool roles in ME3.

I don't remember specifically but the Normandy should have a store on the bottom deck that can grant you access to the markets. I have seen the Interface though so I know its there.

You buy them in the Citadel. I got my Blood Dragon Armor in ME3

Thanks, hopefully I can find it. The Sentry Interface was just important for my Shepard's look.

I think I spotted the Inferno Armor in the Spectre Requisitions terminal. Haven't spotted anything else, though. Do the items just update after missions or is it random? Or am I supposed to open up more locations on the Citadel as I progress through the game?
