Hi,

Maybe you could help me identify this Lex Luthor piece ?

http://qurls.com?i=435

It's a great early work by Phil Jimenez -
the art is marked as trading card art,
but I couldn't locate the specific set in which it had appeared.

Can anyone help me identify the published set ?
Maybe even direct me to scans of the published cards ?

Many thanks for you help,
Gal Schwartz

I think it was from the '92 DC Universe trading card set- 'DC Cosmic Cards'- if I remember correctly. The cards looked like this (not my scan):

I think an issue of Final Night, when Luthor is chilling in a tropical island with his girl, the Contessa, then decides to come back to save the world.
I can be dead wrong though.

GreenCapt, Thank you for trying !

I went over some kind of a 'DC Cosmic Cards' checklist
but couldn't find those cards there.

So maybe anyone has another idea ?

Those aren't trading cards, and I don't see where it says they are on the link you posted. Those are from the series "Underworld: Unleashed" and are from the issue where Neron tempts Oracle to work for him in exchange for the use of her legs.

The issue took advantage of the setting by letting Neron browse through Oracle's files, giving the reader a chance to look at all of the villains whom he had made deals with. Those particular pictures were included in the files on Dr. Polaris and Lex Luthor.

They might've been made into trading cards later at some point for all I know, but they originally came from that book.
