What I hope happens (or doesn't happen) regarding Spidey:
1) No Miles Morales. It would be a crime to wait all this time to get Spidey in the MCU and not get Peter Parker.
2) Reboot TIH style. No origin, but still have a Spidey that's very early on in his career. He's only been Spider-Man for a few weeks/months.
3) Start him out as a 16 year old in high school. I know some of you dislike going that direction (again), but that's just the best option there is for the nature of the MCU. If we want to tell these stories long term, they're going to have to cast as young as possible. Especially since Spider-Man is the epitome of the evolving superhero. He's all about growth, and we deserve to see that growth from beginning till his full adulthood.
4) Outside of cameos or teamups, no immediate Avenger membership
or mentoring from the Avengers/Fury like in the Ultimate comics and TV show. What made Spider-Man such a revolutionary hero is that he had no mentor. He was given the title of "man" in an era where every superhero his age was considered a boy. He had to learn responsibility by himself; had to face the same challenges as Tony and Steve without half their age or experience, and his perseverance and intellect is what got him through. It was for that reason why Cap was so impressed by him in the comics when he found out just how young he was, to the point him and Tony got in Jameson's face and asked him to stop the bashing.
5) That being said, I welcome constant interaction between Spidey and the Avengers. The Avengers should be the heroism Spidey strives for, similar to the FF's role in the Lee/Ditko era. The down-on-luck underdog status is only strengthened by there being a group "bigger" than him.
6) No major role in Civil War. Too early IMO.
