It's an interesting prospect, tho, isn't it? Imagine if we got Denzel as Magneto, and Gincarlo as Prof X.

I'm not a big fan of Cavill, but the list has interesting names. I love Comer.

I also think Erik being Wanda and Pietro's father is a ship that has sailed. But I still think they'll out her as a mutant eventually.

Wanda lost everything and we know she didn't die. I can see her and Erik bumping into each other, where she learns about her mutation, and he offering her shelter, a community and a sense of belonging.

Doesn't feel real due to feeling 1. fancast-y and 2. some of these actors having said they wouldn't want to do a big blockbuster franchise like Marvel right now.

That said, it's still fun to guess who they'd be playing if it were real.
Obviously Krasinski is implied to be Reed and Esposito is implied to be Xavier.
Cavill has expressed interest in Brian Braddock but I'm not sure how much room there'd be for him in the upcoming slate, so I guess it'd be someone else.
I think most of them would be introduced no sooner than Blade (November 2023).
I see some people saying Jodie as Sue and Denzel as Magneto, which I guess is possible though I could also easily see them be someone else.
No idea who Boyega or Edgar-Jones could be.

Jk I can wait unt after Phase 6. I kinda don't want the X-Men involved in the Mutiverse plot/saga they're currently on.

Though I would love it if they had a presence at this year's NYCC.

One possibility that comes to mind for Denzel would be some kind of mentor role. This might not sound too exciting, but hear me out. Apparently, Denzel pushed for Austin Butler for the role of Elvis. Perhaps he did the same for some other young actor he's worked with and liked, whereupon Feige suggested that he play the mentor.

I think Denzel would make one helluva an Apocalypse to be honest. Who else can talk sh** and be far beyond mutants than Denzel?

It's just a matter of when, they announce that Hugh Jackman is appearing on Secret Wars.

Its Secret Wars, and they don't bring back anyone from the foX cast? Xpecially after Multiverse of Wanda Madness?

Its likely we'd get our first taste of MCU X-Men via FoX's X-Men cast. They already brought several actors from previous franchises (Sony, NetfliX, ABC) they would bring more for the Multiverse Saga.

I think that ship has definitely sailed. But as illustrate, that doesn't mean Wanda and Erik can't have a surrogate father - daughter relationship.

They don't have to be blood to have that relationship

It does seem like a fancast, but hypothetically, I can see Denzel and Esposito playing either Xavier or Magneto. Ask for Boyega, maybe Cyclops or Iceman? Comer would likely be Invisible Woman, and Cavill Dr. Doom (lol). I'm not familiar with Edgar-Jones, so no clue.

Either way, they’ve set a precedent and we’re in the multiverse saga. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw a mix of OG and prequel cast members in Secret Wars. Bonus points if they end up having the ‘97 series aesthetic.

I can see them finding some kind of way to incorporate X-Men 97 into live action. Either they get ripped from their animated universe into a live action one and participate in Secret Wars or something.
