When they're given the new cars to trans-scan, Skids slams Mudflap to the ground because he wants the green car:
Skids: "I've got the green."
Mudflap: "That hurt, man!!"
Skids: "It's suppose to hurt, it's an ass kickin'."

And yes, it's "kickin'", not "whooping" though i believe they say "ass whooping" later in the film.

towards the people that just killed him.

Felt this scene should have had "The Touch," worked into it somehow.

I'm positive it's been stated already, but I'm too excited to even hold back the fact that this line was my favorite in like any movie I've ever seen in a very long time:

"I'll take you all on!"

Optimus Prime, man. For obvious reasons. Seriously, I got freaking GOOSEBUMPS when he said that. I still do. He just knew his mission and knew what he had to do and he didn't cower or run away from it, even when he was outnumbered. He emanated anger, power, determination, and even superiority just from those 5 words alone. He might have even won the battle completely if not for that small distraction of worry for Sam. I love Cullen's voice for Prime; I really do.

Um, pretty much all of the lines from Optimus Prime are awesome, especially the ones that depict his very stern, but gentle leadership and wisdom, such as:

"We've witnessed your capacity for war; it would absolutely do more harm than good."

"Fate rarely calls upon as at a moment of our choosing."
