That Michael B. Jordan is one to watch out for.
His career is going places for sure.
He could be very good in the role.
But is there anything he Isn't up for?
I assume they're moving John Clark's backstory from Vietnam vet to Iraq vet to make it more contemporary.
Really liked Willem Dafoe's performance. Can't really remember Liev Schreiber's.
I bought 'Without Remorse' years ago but the daunting 700+ pages heave meant that I have yet to read it. Switching it from Vietnam to Iraq will take away a pretty cool element of the story IMO but I imagine that is what theyy'll do and it could end up being a really cool role for MBJ who could inadvertently become the black James Bond!
Nice! Do you think we could see a Krasinski Jack Ryan/MBJ John Clark cross-over at some point?
It’s about time Rainbow Six went into development. Fuzzy on how that will work...isn’t John Clark supposed to be older? I suppose a younger Jack Ryan has worked pretty well.
Yeah, at least in the movies he was older. Defoe played him in Clear and Present Danger.
(Hangs head in shame over the fact that I’ve never actually read the books)
I guess it’s...his veteran status and vast experience is a huge piece of his character in a lot of incarnations. I suppose that could translate somewhat with a younger man, in terms of specific experience.
I can dig it.
He has so many projects lined up. When's he suppose to be doing WRONG ANSWER with Coogler?
After he takes over Wakanda and beats Clubber Lang’s son
