Well maybe it sounds ominous because that poor woman got stuck in a Quantum Realm with no possible escape

Listen, I'm not saying Hank banished Janet to the Quantum Realm because he found out about her affair and that she was going to report to Peggy Carter about his domestic abuse. But that is EXACTLY what happened!
Unreliable narrator! Folks were wondering if Hank would end up being a villain in the first Ant Man flick given his shaky comic history, and it wouldn't shock me if they story he told Hope about Janet's fate wasn't 100% true. His inability to move on could be partly due to guilt.
Are you saying "Ghost" is Hank & Janet's daughter? They are WHITE she is BLACK so no family relations. Now Ghost is probably connected to Bill Foster possibly daughter & Ghost girl & Hope knew each other/were friends when they were children.
Don't you think Hank and Hope have been through enough? Let's not make her a villain.
She wouldnt be the villain. Hank would be the villain
Actually... She's half Nigerian and half Norwegian. And... I'm just putting out there that since this story ties into Hank and Janet's past that Ghost may have a relationship with them that isn't necessarily simply just a bad guy trying to kill the good guys. Is it familial? I don't know? Former student? Just speculating.
Unless it's some small role in AM&W, CM, or A4, beginning to think that deal fell through.I'm still wondering about Sharon Stone... it was around two years ago that she said she was due for ''a wee part'' in a Marvel movie (Supposedly a superhero of some kind with the ability to manipulate heat?)
Maybe it all fell through?
Maybe just a voice over. I was thinking she would have been Proxima's voice but she wasn't.I'm still wondering about Sharon Stone... it was around two years ago that she said she was due for ''a wee part'' in a Marvel movie (Supposedly a superhero of some kind with the ability to manipulate heat?)

Her screen time was such a disappointment. They really didnt do anything with her character which I can understand why. Her rescue was the point of the whole movie. And now she has super powers? Hopefully she gets more to do in the sequel, assuming we get one
Janet said to Hank on the way back that it has an evolutionary effect on her, which she spent 30 years inside the Realm; I don't think it's far-fetched to believe that she has acquired some powers during her stay over there. Heck, even Ghost got powers in her brief exposure to the energy from the Quantum Realm.
Btw, Michelle Pfeiffer looks absolutely fabulous. I hope she'll get a bigger part in the next movie.
Considering how big a star she is, Im surprised how little she was used. I guess it made sense given the plot, but I thought they would find a way to have more of her spliced throughout
