Prelude comic Fury's big Week and it pretty much ties every movie together time wise, including thing we do NOT see in the Movies
Battle Scars is another I just read. A six issue mini that brings the Ultimates Fury and Phil Coulson into the 616 comics. If you haven't read it it's a pretty good story.
