The speed of the motorcycle chase looks unreal. I think the closest thing I've ever seen to that is Trinity on her Ducati with the Keymaker in the Matrix Reloaded, and even then the cars she was swerving in and out of were more or less all CGI, but in this one Tom is fighting with other motorcyclists etc, and looks way better than John Woo's motorcycle chase in MI2.

Had low expectations, but I think McQuarrie and Cruise may have knocked it out of the park.

I was bummed Bird didn't come back, but this film looks pretty damn good, so I'm excited.

I'm going to be sick!

I think with Mad Max and now this, digital stunt men are getting better. There' more weight to them..unless they actually killed off people during filming!

That is brilliant, one of the best posters I've seen for recent summer blockbusters. :applaud

I saw Terminator in IMAX 3D specifically for this preview and they didn't show it. I thought it was before all IMAX shows, not just select ones. Was annoyed, because Terminator alone was definitely not worth those 18 bucks, lol.

But you got to see "pops" on the giant IMAX screen. :D Apparently what they showed was the bike/car chase sequence, the responses were very positive from what I've read.

Love the fact that Alec Baldwin has been added to the Mission Impossible franchise

Cool stuff, Tom Cruise enables directors to get shots for action sequences that no other actor can give them.

Exactly. That's why you know anytime there's a Tom Cruise action movie coming out, it's going to deliver. :yay:

Michael Fassbender must have been a very happy man in Haywire, because that's very similar to how Gina Carano disposed of him. They seem to be hyping up Rebecca Ferguson quite a bit, I hope that she lives up to it.

Also, "Flute-gun" is awesome.

Well, at least now we know that the rather large slit in her dress does serve a practical purpose (freedom of movement).

Nah it's to show off her killa legs, Loki. Get with the program man.:o

Well, a bit of both perhaps. I'd like to give then SOME credit after all ;)

I hope Ferguson can get good gigs after this. She looks great in everything they've released so far. Loved her in The White Queen.
