Pictures likes these make me realize how much potential has been wasted by casting ScarJo as Black Widow. I get more Black Widow vibes from these pictures than all of her MCU appearances put together.

I guess she'll just have to play...

I think Rogue Nation is going to be really good, and I'm looking forward to seeing it. Tom Cruise and his movies rarely let me down when it comes to sheer entertainment.

It comes out next week and I'm getting really pumped. Mad Max didn't quite do it for me like it did for a lot of people, so I'm looking for another kick ass practical effects driven action film to get my fill this summer and I hope this is it.

That plane stunt was the real deal, huh? No CG?

From what we've seen yeah it seems that way. I'm just wondering what the hell they can do next. It's smart to market these movies on the crazy stunts Tom Cruise is doing. It worked so well with the last one, why not continue it?

I was positive it was CG, like 100% positive. Cruise just jumped to the top of the cool ass mofo list yet again. There are dudes in their 20s and 30s acting in the game now that haven't done that.

Not only that, but he trained so that he could hold his breath underwater for six minutes for a sequence in the film.

Surprised the film's box office tracking so low. Hope it turns out to be inaccurate.

I think it is a combination of the wait and that it has kind of come out of nowhere. I have a feeling that if the reviews are good, the tracking will be meaningless and it will do well.

I'd be shocked if the reviews weren't good. I think it will open in the 50's but I do think that the really big openers for this summer are over. That being said, I guess it's a good thing to remember that plenty of movies beat their tracking estimates.

I can honestly say I have never seen a chase scene shot with that much intimacy before. The stunts, the situations, the context are all old hat, but it's just shot with a radical new eye.

Bravo Christopher Mcquarrie. Hollywood has been emulating James Cameron's grammer of chase filmmaking for decades now. He may have just given us a new template for the next few decades.

That chase sequence looks like it'll be a classic.

McQuarrie has been making great and original Hollywood car chases for years. Watch Jack Reacher.
