Modern-day fantasy settings in anime and manga

Anyone know any good anime or manga set in modern-day with fantasy world overlapping or merging with our world? Where fantasy creatures like dragons, trolls, elves and other creatures is an everyday thing and humans are not phased by them. Magic exists and not conflicting with technology but more techomagical devices is common.

Well, there are a few that are like that, though I'm not sure if its as obvious as you'd like.

Hellsing has magic (I use that word in a very broad sense) and vampires, but is very bloody and gory. FullMetal Alchemist (anime) crosses over into our world, but does so over the period of 1916-23 (movie included), so perhaps not modern enough for you.

There is also Ghost Hunt, set in modern Japan, I believe, as well as Blood + and its predeccessor Blood: The Last Vampire (I haven't seen the Blood series; however, synopses indicate that it fits your criteria).

There is also an arc in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles that fits the bill, though I'd suggest you go through the manga over the anime (which has pacing like a snail).

I'm not sure how much of a help that is, and I'm sure there are plenty more out there. But hey, anything's better than nothing, right?
