More problems setting up my computer

Hi folks, this is one I thought I had been able to solve on my own, but no I am trying o set the computer up so that there are 2 uses on there. I hav done this but when I turn i on it goes automatically as though it was just me on here even though my wife is listed when I go to user accounts. How do I make it so that when I turn it on it gives the option of goin to either mine or my wifes accounts rather than just mine?

Go to the start menu, click "Run..." and type in "control userpasswords2" then enter. On the dialog that pops up, check "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer."
