Hey All,
Greg Grunberg recently spoke with Digital Spy during the London MCM Expo and revealed many details Volume 4 Fugitives.

He did confirm that they are already filming the second episode of Volume 4 which is Episode 3x15.

Thanks to Chris for the heads up.

Here is a summary of the other details:

1) Volume 4 puts the Heroes in a "Guantanamo Bay kind of a situation" and they all have to work together to get out of it.

2) The Hunter is trying to track them all down

3) There is a big Cliffhanger in Epiosde 3x13 (end of Volume 3) that will lead into Volume 4.

4) Matt will take a very dark turn in Volume 4, but there is a reason.

5) We will learn more about Daphne's motives

6) We will see more of Matt and Daphne together in Volume 3

7) In next week's episode 3x07 Daphne is indeed sent to kill Matt

Where their going with the second half of the season sounds great!

So they're going from directly lifting a plot from The 4400 to directly lifting the mutant registration act from X-Men? Yay.

Huh? Doesn't sound anything like the MRA. Sounds like after the huge war that blows up this half of the season, they all get detained for obvious security reasons.

Plus they already kind of set up vol.4 in the comics with the Kill Squad or whatever their name is who are hellbent on killing everysingle "hero" out there. Hopefully they show up since they go with the theme.

And does anyone else think we should just have a general Spoilers topic for all of the spoilers?

Here's more deeper info from him on Volume 4

EXCLUSIVE: Greg Grunberg spills on 'Heroes: Fugitives'

Saturday, October 25 2008, 18:21 BST

By Neil Wilkes, Editor
Fresh from a visit to the London MCM Expo (Britain's answer to Comic-Con), I come bearing Heroes scoop aplenty courtesy of cast member Greg Grunberg. Aside from being a delightfully pleasant fellow, Grunberg - Matt Parkman on the show - certainly isn't reserved when it comes to a bit of good old-fashioned spoilerage. Read on to find out what he told us about the upcoming fourth volume, Matt's "dark" turn and a huge twist involving new character The Speedster.

I hear you've started filming volume four, 'Fugitives'. What can you say about that?
"We're shooting episode two of Fugitives right now. It puts us all in a Guantanamo Bay kind of a situation. We've all bagged and tagged and we're on our way to being killed. What's great about it is that we all have to work together. We're all thrown into this terrible situation and have to work together to get out of it, find out who's in charge of [doing] this and stop them. There's a new character called 'The Hunter' and he's coming after all of us."

Is there an end to the 'good versus evil' storyline, then?
"Yes, at the end of volume four. At the end of volume three it's kind of wrapped up but then there's this huge cliffhanger that leads into volume four."

And do you think Matt could be a villain at any point? It doesn't seem likely...
"It doesn't seem likely, but I do go very, very dark. I haven't shot that stuff yet but it's one of the only times they've ever come to me and said 'we're thinking about doing this, what do you think?' I was like 'yeah!' It's a great thing because I don't think anyone would expect me to stay there. It's justified why I go dark. There's a reason. I mean, Brea (Grant, aka The Speedster/Daphne) is a villain on the show..."

But is she? It seems like she is technically...
"Technically, yes! Why she's working for them will be revealed and it's a huge moment. I don't mean that in a fantastic, explosion, special effects way. It's a really dramatic thing, that we've never done in this show. It's an amazing [explanation] for why she's doing what she's doing. It's great."

We've seen Matt and The Speedster's respective storylines become closely intertwined in the last couple episodes. Does that continue?
"It does, and hopefully people want us to stay together!"

In the future we see that they are in a relationship, but now that we've seen that possible future, do you feel like it's not actually going to happen?
"Exactly! That's what happens on our show, things get in the way. It's great that you pointed that out because that's a future that [Matt] wants. He desperately wants to keep her on the good side because he wants that normal family life."

In the next episode airing in the States (episode seven), Daphne is given a tough choice regarding Matt, isn't she?
"She's told that she needs to kill me. She's told that she needs to bring me in and get me to work with them. She knows that I'm not going to do that, so then that's the position she's put in. It's weird - I can read minds, so I should be able to pick up on the fact that she's working for the bad guys, but I don't!"

Me: Enjoy guys. It does sound like the heroes get tagged some how and get chased after hmm.

Hmm, the X-Men similarites continue.

Basically it seems as though the future seen in '5 years gone' is coming true.

So Peter V.S Syler, yes?

Edit;

Nathan betraying every one. Would Matt join Sylers side? No!!!!! Hopefully that's one part that won't happen.

Hahaha I was thinking the exact same thing man

I hate that they follow storylines that even though they are logical steps, sound like X-Men stories. Thats just lame.

What they should do is have half of the Heroes get together and open up a miniature Golf course and the other half run for congress. That would be really original and it might shut up some of the constant "they stole this story from ___" whining. Then we could all be excited to tune in every week to the wonderful stories of Peter and co. trying to boost sales at the Putt-Putt by running a buy one game get two free special or better yet...watch as Sylar tries to get the Senate to comeout of filibuster to vote on a new farm subsidy bill. Oh the drama and excitement! Hooray for originality and not using storylines explored by other hero mediums right?

She was suppose to be in the second half of season two but her role was cut because of the writers strike.

There's hasn't been any news of her being apart of this season in anyway though.

maybe she's Molly from the future.
I only say that becasue wasn't she supposed to be coming back this season in a "surprising way?" and she kind of looks like her.
Just a wild guess.

That would be interesting, she could use her "Mapquest" Power to help her hunt.

Molly's "surprising" return was dealt with a couple of weeks ago in "I Am Become Death" with teen molly, by the sounds of it they have dropped that woman's character.

i09.com spoils some plot points for the Vol. 4 "Fugitives." Be warned, these are big spoilers!

Some new details about the start of Volume 4, "Fugitives." The arc picks up three months after the end of Volume 3. Claire is getting ready to go to college, when she finds out that her bio-daddy Nathan has created a special section to detain anyone with superpowers. Nathan's mission excludes Claire, Peter and Angela, so Nathan himself won't be exposed as a superhuman. But Claire hears that Nathan's next target is Matt Parkman, so she rushes to save him. Meanwhile, Mohinder and Tracy are still working on developing a new superpower formula (why why why?) and the special properties in Mohinder's blood make him an important factor in fighting the new heavy, the Hunter.

At last, most of the heroes are captured and on a plane en route for Guantanamo Bay. Claire gets loose and tries to free the others. Tracy freaks out and freezes the plane, killing the pilot. The plane crashes, but first Peter jumps out with Claire.

In the second episode, we discover most of the heroes survived the plane crash, but Maya was captured. Meanwhile, we learn more about the Hunter's past ties with HRG and Angela Petrelli. And Hiro and Ando help Daphne search for Matt Parkman, who meanwhile discovers his ex-wife Janice is about to give birth to a son who's important to the Hunter.

In the third episode, Matt's son is born and we see the death of a character who first appeared in Volume Two. (Maya?) In the fourth episode, "Cold Wars," we learn still more about HRG's ties with the Hunter, and a Cold War program that trained people to hunt down superhumans. And in the fifth episode, Sylar infiltrates the team that's hunting superhumans. Sylar discovers his dad is still alive — and it sounds like he's the team's next target.

And then in the sixth episode, "Shades Of Gray," we discover the whole story about (yawn) Sylar's past. We'll get flashbacks, but no actual time travel. In the seventh episode, Monica (remember her?) reappears, and she's the key to helping some of the heroes escape from captivity. And allegedly, invisible man Claude is back in episode nine. In the penultimate episode of the volume, there will be two major deaths, and in the final episode, there'll be "the mother of all deaths," plus a shocking plot twist. I hope some of this is true, I would love it if Monica and Claude were back, especially Monica if that means Micah will be involved as well.

i hope Claude is back :woot:, but i hope he is not one of the deaths...:csad:

If they bring back THE ECCLESTON and kill him off I will serioulsy never watch Heroes ever again.

Those spoilers from io9 are confirmed fake. They were originally from ZonaHeroes a Spanish Heroes fansite. They were posted during their spanish version of April Fools.

LAME!

Figures. Heroes is probably the only show where the fans can actually write plots better than the writers...

Well majority of it sounded good so kudos to whoever wrote it. Though I was wondering why Maya would be captured when she is powerless and how Mohinders blood would be special to defeating the Hunter and how Monica would be key to helping out several heroes.

Ohwell cant wait till we get the actual episodes and hopefully it will be good and also explain Claire/Peter/Angela are exempt from the Hunter hunting them down due to their connection to Nathan.

It sounded real at first but yah its confirmed fake. I assume Peter saved every one, since he gets his powers back he can absorbe all the powers on that plan if my theory is right and he lets himself getting caught. That Claire going to college seems right any ways.
