Is the blue Steel Sub Zero costume unlockable in game or do you have to purchase it?
The story is awesome but I hate the ending!
Cassie should not have been the one to fight and defeat Corrupted Shinook,It should have been someone like Raiden and if it had to be a new character then Takeda would have been the best choice.
They teased Raiden dying and it was set up to be an epic thing like Zordon's sacrafice in power rangers to cleanse all evil but the focus goes back to the Cage family and it just ends.
There's a mid credits scene that reveals Raiden did die but somehow his soul gets corrupted like the others. The most interesting thing in the ending or well mid credits scene is that Evil Kitana and Liu Kang are the new rulers of Outworld though and I think that's pretty cool.
I'm okay with Evil Raiden but they should have shown him actually dying and then becoming evil. I would have preferred him dying and being gone for a while like Baraka,Mileena and Quan Chi may end up being.
I like that the new direction is going with new blood though. Cassie,Jaqui,Jin and Takeda are definetly groomed to be the new generation of main characters and new major villains will definetly be D'Vorah,Erron Black and Kotal Khan..who disapointed me at least as ruler
Scorpion and Subs now being allies/friends and respected older ninja clan masters is awesome too

I think they actually screwed up the ending too.
I actually don't think Cassie earned the right to face Shinnok. It felt like her character really was never as flesh out as it should have been and thus I don't think she was deserving of being the one to go against the final boss. I do think the next gen of fighters were good, however I think there was too much reliance on them being related to previous characters

I'm loving the game. It's fun and the story is great so far!

Well, here's a bit of shady dealings. There is a Krypt code for $20 that I assume unlocks all the Krypt content, and the day one patch that was released apparently slowed down the rate in which you gain koins.
I heard the koin nerf patch is a misconception, when you play story mode the first time you get a lot of koins, but playing it again doesnt give you nearly as many koins, I've heard from various sources this is the same with and without the patch...but who knows
im surprised with all the "micro" transactions in MKX...they are making it seem like a mobile game lol
I dont really have much of a problem with that. I can see why some might but there is so much content in this game, that I will prefer to continuously be rewarded for it. It could be that before patch you were given too many koins and one could easily burn through them rather quickly.
but you can unlock everything by playing the game, right?
I'd only get that Unlock Everything DLC if it came packaged with a Season Pass or something.
Yeah, you can unlock everything in the Krypt without the code, I think. Only thing I'm not sure about is the Easy Fatalities. I know they're in the Krypt as well, but they are also selling them separately, so I don't know how that works.
There's also a random $2 Sub-Zero costume that's not part of the season pass, and I don't know if it's in the Krypt or not.
