Jar Jar Binks should be excluded from this poll because we all know his annoyance factor is immensely high.

I chose other because considering this character's actions in the 80's animated Transformers movie my vote is with Starscream. As a kid I seem to recall not being all bothered by Optimus Prime dying but Starscream jettisoning Megatron out of Astrotrain. He in effect set about a series of events that turned Megatron from a competent leader into a blathering crazy idiot in the G1 cartoon series.

I thought Mary Jane was fine in Spider-Man, but in 2 she started getting a little annoying and by the time 3 rolled around she was full-blown obnoxious. I remember when I saw Spider-Man 3, half the theater cheered when Peter smacked her across the restaurant.

Ruby Rhod is pretty annoying to me. He's okay in small doses but he gets way too much screentime. Gary Oldman as Mr. Zorg is funnier than Ruby.

Episode 1 Anakin Skywalker. Yes, worse than Jar Jar. As Rowsdower! said, he ruined Darth Vader, one of the greatest movie villains of all time.

Not to mention the kid can't act to save his life, his dialogue was terrible and the script even put him in situations that made him EVEN MORE annoying (him flying the Naboo starfighter, randomly pressing buttons and saving EVERYONE??? Umm no.).
