Ruby Rhod's on the list? Lol, he's hilarious.

I would suggest Dakota Fanning in War of the Worlds, with her unbearable screaming. And the "cute" kid from Jerry Maguire, who might as well be a puppy.

Eh, I though Justin Chatwin was more annoying in WotW. I remember being seriously disappointed in the ending, not only because it was dumb and inexplicable, but also simply because he wasn't burned alive by a huge fireball.

Ruby Rhod is worse than Jar Jar. He almost singlehandedly ruins The Fifth Element. Gary Oldman is funnier than him.

With all the hits Jar-Jar is getting, there is no denying he was annoying, but by comparison in the same movie he was actually pretty easy to dismiss in the face of Anikin Skwalker. (no slight on the actor, kid did a fine job) I'm talking about the character and how he was presented.
All the complaining about Jar-Jar is like complaining about the fly in the room, when a Bantha took a dump in that same room.

Yeah, I kind of agree. Jar-Jar is absolutely horrible, but he's a side character, whereas if Anakin hadn't sucked like a Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal, the prequels might have actually been worth watching.
