Since the distinction was made in the "worst Marvel movie" thread, what do you think was the most disappointing Marvel film ever made?

*DISCLAIMER*: I listed every Marvel film I could think of- even my favorites- so that this poll could be comprehensive. If someone actually votes for your favorite, spare me some flaming and feel free to call them up on it. Omissions were made on TV movies and serials- feel free to state them if you found them disappointing.

Howard the Duck

The poll's added, so feel free to vote for them now. :)

X-Men 3 without a shadow of a doubt, i also consider it the worst.

X-Men The Last Stand. Doesn't feel like it's truly related to X-Men and X-Men United at all.

Howard the Duck

You had high expectations for Howard the Duck?!

Disapointment is measured as the greatest difference between your expectations and how the movie failed to meet them.
Given that, I'd have to say Spider-man 3. It is far from the worst movie, but I had high hopes of that movie being great and I walked out of theater wondering what went wrong.
X-men: The Last Stand would be up there with it, because it came off the heels of a great previous film too, but I was fully prepared for it to be a failure.

There are a lot of dam movies up there and i choos Daredevil.
But if i was to pick my top 4 worst movies it will have to be...
Daredevil
Ghost Rider
Electra
& SpiderMan 3
They all sucked:down

While X3 certainly wasn't as good as X2 I still think it was a good addition to the trilogy and is as good as X1 imo. I was slightly disappointed with it yes but as someone said in some other forum it was a flawed good movie rather than an out and out disaster.

I chose FF2. I had high expectations for FF2 and I found it ok but also disappointing. There wasn't enough improvement over the last film and Silver Surfer was the movies only saving grace.

 where's Man-Thing? I don't see it listed. Once again, MT gets the shaft.

I consider X3 a disappoint. The teaser was good..had me pumped...but the movie itself, nope. Ok movie, but should have been better.

Spider-Man 3.

After two great Spidey movies, and the same cast and crew returning, SM-3 should have been alot better than it was.

This stinking pile of crap:

I also consider it the worst Marvel movie. :down

ELEKTRA. What a colossal waste of time.

Most of those movies in the poll are pretty terrible, btw.

X3 because I had such high expectations for the movie and was severely disappointed when I saw it.

Fantastic Four movies were a pile of crap. I wasnt expecting anything great from them anyway so really they didnt 'disappoint' me.

X-Men: The Last Stand and Spider-Man 3. After following the progress of X-Men: The Last Stand, I knew I would be disappointed. Spider-Man 3, however, took me completely by surprise.

I picked Spider-Man 3. I was shocked at how poor it was.

With X3, I thought the trailers were great, but I knew it would be less intelligent than the previous two, because of what we all knew about who was involved and what was in the script...I was actually pleasantly surprised by most of it, rather than disappointed. I was worried it would be a hideous mess. It wasn't, it was just more action-oriented and daringly dramatic with characters. I think a lot of people expected far too much - they expected every single thing that hadn't been in the previous two movies, which was grossly unfair, and they expected it to be some sort of non-event with all the characters living happily ever after.

Daredevil was bad. BAD. I mean, baaaaad. It had it's moments, like when DD submerges to get some peace, but everything else... baaaaad!

Daredevil, man that could have been so awesome!

Spider-Man 3. For anyone who says X3, what the hell? At least Wolverine didnt pat down his hair into an oily emo mess and go Saturday Night Fever all down the street.

Less dancing and moping, more action.
"Oh, my life! The man who killed my uncle is out on the streets. Let me use this symbiote to make me even MORE emo and piss off Mary Jane. Oh noes, the killer says it was accidental. I just have to let him go."

You let him go?! Jesus, dude...
