Most Important Voting Issue

It's funny a couple of you have said that gay marriage is not that important when compared to the other issues. While I agree, it should worry everyone that the last election was won while playing this issue. I actually had a woman tell me that was why she was voting for Bush. It was that big of a deal to her. Me, I'd like to see national health care, an exit strategy for Iraq, a realistic look at the reasons for terrorism, a realistic look at illegal immigration, lobbyist elimination, and a lot more things I don't have time to list.

In the same way that every era of humanity has thought IT was the pinnacle of knowledge, also, every era of humans has contemperaneously thought it was living in "The Last Days".

Which is funny, when you look back at the, um...Black Plague, The Depression, Nazi Germany, The Ice Age, etc.

In all honesty, we have to accept it...America is dying. Most eloquently illustrated by a man posing as Ra's Al Ghul, America is much like Rome or Constantinople before it...it has become a breeding grounds for criminality and injustice and must be allowed to die.

It is in our own pride we have become lifted up, and in the natural order of all things, we are now to implode from the inside out. Everyone take up arms, it is the age of man where we fight to survive against the rising race of rabid deer...ohh, verily I have been consumed by my own tasty venison...the horror...
