Most UNDERrated actor in Hollywood

It seems like we always have threads on who is overrated or gets too much credit, but never who is underrated...so, who would you say the most underrated actor today is?

I'd say Nathan Lane is up there. The guy is brilliant and yet he gets absolutely no respect in Hollywood.

I still give my vote to Crudup, that man should be recognized by now as one of, if not the best actors out there. Yet he still gets piss poor supporting roles rather than leading roles, and the general public still isn't aware of how great he is.

Jeremy Piven is someone I always thought of as being highly underrated. He's finally starting to get more recognition and beefier parts these days, but the guy just tears up the screen when he's in a scene.

Playing himself generally refers to an actor who plays the same type of character over and over again to a point where it doesn't seem like they're acting, they're actually just playing themselves.
