Most UNDERrated actor in Hollywood

It seems like we always have threads on who is overrated or gets too much credit, but never who is underrated...so, who would you say the most underrated actor today is?

I'd say Nathan Lane is up there. The guy is brilliant and yet he gets absolutely no respect in Hollywood.

Now, now. While Nathan Lane is funny as hell, he's not really much an actor. He's pretty much got one role that he does over and over and over again - the outrageously gay guy who is over-the-top funny. That's really just about it.

Don't get me wrong, Nathan Lane rarely fails to entertain me (except The Producers - he was terribly miscast in that role), but I know that he's not really much of an actor.
