Ummm...... okay, look. If you're posting this in the Marvel Comics forum, maybe you should restrict your limits to the Marvel Universe. As in no Batman, no "dude from AVP".

I would say the most weapon-clad character in the Marvel Universe is Dr. Doom himself. Weapons extend far beyond handguns and boomerangs, after all, and the sheer amount of offensive armaments at Dr. Doom's disposal is quite simply staggering.
