Do you want Moussaoui to die or to live? Killed or be spared? State your reasons why.

And if he's executed, do you believe he'll cut in front of the line, like the illegal? Or appeal after appeal, and then, die of old age--the number 1 reason how death-row inmates die.

Who else believe the American justice system is corrupt?
If your rich and famous you can get away with murder, but if your poor and less known you end up life in prison for smoking crack. Anyone else find this disgraceful?

I beleive that he deserves to die. He has come off as nothing more than a mad dog througout his trial and he deserves to be put down as one.

I doubt that he'll get a lengthy appeal. The US government wants him executed badly, just like Timothy McVeigh, they'll execute him as quickly as possible

It does suck but it is not corrupt.

I have no opinion on it.

    Why? Because I don't care

He wants to die. He is trying to get death in order to be a martyr. Therefore, let him live in a tiny cell for the rest of his life.

    I answered your question.

Maybe you need to re-phrase it

None of these are reasons why he should live or die. You need a re-phase.

He did, Carter said that he deserved it. In my opinion that's a valid answer. He has said that he was involved in the conspiracy of the September 11th attacks, a member of al-Qaeda, and expressed desire to kill innocent people. That makes him worthy of such a punishment.

Yes they are. How is pointing out that killing him would give him the Martyrdom status he craves not a "reason" for saying he should live?

Just let him rot in jail. I'm not very big on killing people when it's not necessairy. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Though, I have no sympathy for him he sholdn't be put to death because that would only make him a martyr just as Hooliagn(Cho Chang) stated.

Where's the evidence? How do you know he's lying through his teeth? You have no proof yet you want him dead. So I want to be a maytr too, does that make me worthy of death?

So if the US kills him, that would make him a martyr? LMAO~how would that make him a martyr? Blowing yourself at a trainsstation, and killing innocent victim, isn't martyr but murder. There's a difference.

Actually, he was only charged with consiracy to commit terrorism, I can't see how that warrants the death penalty to be honest.

If anything he should just rot in jail.

But, the terrorist act he was involved in resulted in thousands of deaths.

Execution, he deserves to die for being involved in 9/11. Execute him and bury him in pig skin so he can't get into heaven, do this as a warning to other potential terrorists who believe they will become martyrs.

Kill him. I know he "wants" to be executed to become a martyr, I really don't care about all that. I say kill him because first, it'll cost tax payers money to keep him alive, second I could see him at a probation hearing in the future and some bleeding heart liberal being the deciding factor on wether or not he's "redeemed" himself. Kill him.
