Movie Character Battles to the Death

Haven't seen a thread like this, all that I found were popularity contests.

This thread will be for deciding who would win in an all out battle to the death between two entities found in popular movie fiction. This can range from single entities to entire civilizations, from robots to monsters, from sentient computers to human beings, and beyond.

This is NOT a popularity contest, but purely who would win in a literal battle.

I have around 20 of these set up, but if anybody has any ideas, please pm me them!

The next post will start it off, hopefully you guys will find fun and interest in this.


Matches and Outcomes so far:

King Kong vs. The Rancor - Kong Wins 4-0
The Bugs vs. The Aliens - Tied 2-2
The Autobots vs. The Iron Giant - Tied 2-2

The first battle to the death is:

King Kong(2005)

VS

The Rancor

These guys are nearly the same size, so imagine them so for this battle.

I think the Claws and Armor on the Rancor would serve him well in this battle, and one of Kongs greatest techniques, the neck crank, would be hard on a neck like that!

My vote goes for Kong, though I think the Rancor would hold is own and at least tear up that hide.

Next battle:

The Bugs (Starship Troopers Series)

VS

The Aliens (Aliens Series)

In an all out war of the civilizations, and this battle concerns all of the versions and variations you see in the films.

Would have to go with the bugs from Starship Troopers. They may get messed up from the Alien's acid blood but their numbers will make up for it.

The numbers thing is a good point, there just isn't enough information out there on how many aliens there really are or can be, I guess it'd be up to the face huggers to get in there and impregnate as many bug warriors they can to bolster their numbers.

I think the Aliens would somehow outmaneuver them and the impregnating aspect would help.

The Xenomorphs have their assimilation aspect to their strategy, and they're just as smart as the bugs. The bugs might have the size advantage, but after a long drawn out campaign, the Xenomorphs decimate yet another species.

Also, take note that most of the other deathmatch threads leave matches up for a full 24 hours before posting a new one. Not saying you have to conform, but it's just something you might want to be aware of.

I was pretty close, only 30 minutes off if you look at the timestamps.

Also, you can throw out a vote for the King Kong/Rancor battle if you want, I'd like to hear it.

I'd vote for Kong. Kong's a gorilla, and gorillas are thinkers. The Rancor didn't seem too bright.

My vote goes for the Bugs, numbers + specialty bugs + centralized mind = victory!

2 votes each, maybe somebody will come in and break the tie.

The Iron Giant

The Autobots (From the movies, just the five pictured)

The Iron Giant is more than twice their size!

Five on one, with those five having superior firepower. The Giant may be bigger, but he's outmatched. He's also more peaceful, and that'll come into play as well.

Wow its been so long since I saw that film I forgot how tall he was!

Yeah, the Iron Giant is a walking powerhouse of weaponry, and can fly.

Remember, this isn't some UN meeting, this is an all out War to the end, Iron Giant would be in battle mode.

FYI on sizes,the Iron Giant is 50 feet tall, the Transformers from the movies range from 15 to around 28 feet tall(optimus).

Next one is a bit different, it's a 2 round battle between 4 entries.

This is the Battle of the Psychos, at their peak, Mano-a-Mano, no weapons involved.

Winners will face off with eachother.
