Oh, and did I mention Alice in Wonderland?

Transformers 2 made a ridiculous amount of money for how much people hated it.

Agreed. It's not the most terrible movie ever, but it did not deserve to gross $1 billion. Ridiculous.

Transformers 2 was the best selling dvd of 2009 . It was still a big dissapointment for a lot of people though. Hope there is a chance the next one turns out better

Transformers 2 definitely. It's arguably the worst blockbuster ever made and it was the highest grossing film of that year. It wasn't surprising that it was that successful, but it was still disheartening.

I'll go with Transformers 2.

see you make the arguement for avatar, but it offered an experience that people sought out and wanted, supply and demand, it was marketed very well, and isnt the worst movie ever made. in my opinion it earned every cent.

Transformers 2 is ridiculous for the most part but I still rank it above Alice in Wonderland. Transformers 2 had that awesome forest fight scene. Alice in Wonderland had that stupid beyond all belief futterwacken dance that made me want to cry.

I look at Transformers as goofy, fun, comedic, and really awesome action-wise. I mean, I don't take them too seriously. Both (mainly the first) had some good serious, touching moments (thanks to the great score mostly), but over all it was kind of a fun-fest.

So I don't HATE TF2. I thought it was fun. That's about it.

Alice In Wonderland was disappointing though. I was looking forward to that and it was stupid. :(

We are talking about the Tim Burton one...:o

Just sayin'.

Well I'm making fun of you since you told me Cloverfield sucked on my Facebook. :down
