Basically, any movies you enjoy watching that are commonly thought of as being crappy. Guilty pleasures and the like.

I'll start:

Godfather part III What can I say...not the best of the three, but I still dig it. I like the Michael/Vincent relationship.

Fantastic Four It's pretty damn close to the comics other than Doom's origin. It has it's problems but, it leaves you wanting more which is better than if it were crammed with s*** you don't want to see. (ie: 50% of SM3)

Oh, and if you're going to give somebody s*** for liking a movie, you'd better be prepared to put yourself out there too. I want to see people admitting their guilty pleasure before they start panning others.

the jaguar lives
a martial arts spy movie that could have been a lucrative franchise
american ninja 3 blood hunt this first in the A.N. series to not feature the joe armstrong character in the storyline joe had stayed in the army while his friend curtis jackson went onto the M.A.competion circut:ninja:

I didn't know 50 Cent was in American Ninja 3 :woot:

Love, Actually is my traditional Christmas movie. Sure, it's a chick flick, but it's a really good one.

And the best movie no one's ever seen is All the Real Girls.

See, that alone does not mean it's a good or bad movie. It is close to the storyline of the comics, but for my money, goes no way near capturing the atmosphere or sense of unstoppable imagination and fun in the comics. Something like Back to the Future is exactly the type of movie FF should have been.

Man-Thing. Love the music, the look of the film, just like it as a b-movie. Good b-movie in fact.

Probably many more...

Lords of Dogtown ( only got 55% on Rottentomatoes)
Summer of Sam (only got 51% on Rottentomatoes)
Beer League (only got 29% on Rottentomatoes)
Half Baked (only got 24% on Rottentomatoes)

Return of the Jedi (not well regarded relative to the other 2 original trilogy, I think its the best one)

gymkata(what..like i wasnt the only person to watch it)

Oh, I agree. Being accurate to the comics doesn't make a movie good. It didn't make Daredevil a good movie which was pretty close to the comic aside from Elektra. I think it's mostly the actors in FF that makes me like it. Doom is iffy though.

I like Jedi the best too :cwink: I also love Half Baked and I will fight anyone who talks bad about it. :ninja:

Love, Actually is a great movie. Lots of funny bits in there. It's a guilty pleasure for me too though, I think it's pretty universally appreciated.

I always thought Godfather III got a bum rap. I watched it expecting the worse but it's actually really good. Its got some problems, but I think its still a good movie. It just had the bad luck of being a sequel to 2 of the best movies in cinema.

Van Helsing

Independence Day

Superman Returns

SR is tricky, I personally love it. Every poll I've ever seen has given the movie favorable numbers though detractors would have you think it's been generally panned. I still kinda like ID4 too even though it has plot holes you could fly an F 18 through. Never seen Helsing.

It's all relative. Most people won't dislike episodes 1 through 3 if the original trilogy had never been made. I have to say though, Sophia Coppola is a terrible actress. I'm glad she is sticking to directing these days.

Episode 3
Superman Returns
Batman The Movie{come on, the 1960's Batman rocked}

HULK
Rocketeer
Matrix 3
Hero
Batman and robin

YES BATMAN AND ROBIN. BRING IT. COME ON. I'LL DEFEND IT TO THE DEATH. GREAT THROWBACK TO BATMAN'S SILLY COMIC ADVENTURES.

Ghost rider's not my favorite or anything like that as some would have you believe. I just thought it was getting unfairly lambasted by people who honestly could care less about the character or his comic roots and were just looking for some new meat to shred to pieces.
