MP3 Renaming

I have been using programs like UltraTagger & Tag & Rename & both are great but I am looking for a program that would edit stuff from Tags like in the "comments" section. Like how I have two mp3s that are the same name but different versions & in the comments section it describes the differences. Like say Choir & No Choir etc. Is there any program out there that would let me change the file names from any section of the tags ?

Look into that one i think it might do it, my mate used it to sort out his 35,000 tunes so it cant be bad

That does a good job & now what I am trying to do is take this

Path To Glory - Intense, Galloping Orchestral Pulse W Choir Builds To Gripping Climax - 30 Full Mix - Medium - Megatrax - Jrm Music Ascap

& turn it into this

Path To Glory - 30 Seconds - Full Mix - Megatrax

& in batches because there are various versions like

Path To Glory - Intense, Galloping Orchestral Pulse W Choir Builds To Gripping Climax - No Choir Mix - Medium - Megatrax - Jrm Music Ascap

Path To Glory - No Choir - Megatrax

Etc, Etc
