Anyway, Mxy was on early in season 4 in an episode named "Jinx." It was like the 7th episode, I believe.

Here is Trent Ford, who played the Smallville version of Mxy as a Eurotrash exchange student who can make people do things they don't want to do...

Mxyzptlk was not on SV some one going by that name was on SV but it was not the Mxyzptlk we all know and love and its a shame some of you guys are letting SV get away with what they did to him. It is on the same level of the rubber nipples and built in g-sting in the Batman movies.

Right so all because he was cute it makes it okay. Bull****, Mxy IMO was done very poorly and SV should be ashamed of them self. I suggest you go back a read some of the stories involving Mxy and you'll see he could work very well in SV.

I was torn in the whole Mxy thing. I was ok with him not being a midget etc etc. In some comics Mxy went back in time to defeat Clark before he was Superman, so that was the way I looked at things. I just think they could have given a better explanation to his background. Something that indicated that he was from another dimension. That whole story about the curse etc ruin it a bit for me, and I think ruined for a possible return.
They could have him returning always with another look and played by other actors just to screw with Clark.

Yes, I did.

It was a bit off but I really liked it....

It gave Lex, Lana, and the Teagues real reasons to compete with Clark to get to the stones first.

From a writing standpoint, it was nearly perfect conflict.

They were all reaching for the same goal but only one person could succeed.

Of course we all knew that Clark would succeed because the three stones together were obviously going to somehow create the FOS but the conflict was awesome.

Just for reiterations sake, you all know how much I enjoyed Jinx and Mxy's appearance. I thought it was creative and well done...one of the episodes I really enjoyed from Season 4.

All Star....you're falling into the trap again where you feel the majority speaks through you. When that "Majority" is actually internet forums, then you are really only referencing the minority of the audience of Smallville.

This whole "Most people hated him" or "Most of the audience thinks they butcher the Superman legend" needs to stop. It just makes you look silly. Sorry Bro.
