Music is me, all the way back to...well, I'D say "Kindergarten".....but, after the fact, I'm fairly certain that my very BEING was being modified by Led Zeppelin, since my Mum used to play Led Zeppelin on headphones and hold them to her womb while I was in my SUPER-MEGA-UBER-Formative stages.

I hate your thread 'cause there's no way I can say anything that will say what I want to say.

I play a couple of brass instruments, but my main preferred instrument is Euphonium. I'm mostly just fooling around with it for the moment, but I used to play it alot in High School (first chair, #1 HS Wind Ensemble in state many years running. Yes, I dwell on past accomplishments) and plan on joining some ensembles in college.

I've never really been a part of a band in the way you mean, but I was involved in (multiple) abortive attempts at Ska-punk bands. I've been considering taking up the bass for a more versatile instruments for non-symphonic bands, even if just for fun. But at the moment I'm not willing to spend the money on a bass, amp, etc.

I'm also a fan of Nightwish and Within Temptation. Kittie is from my hometown.

I've heard a clip of Lacuna Coil... I wasn't impressed...
